A Mommy & Me walk on the trail with Bluey, Shakey Graves in ATX this weekend, the grand opening of a new fancy conveyor belt sushi spot, a seed-oil free wing competition, Super Bowl Sunday, and a free Lunar New Year celebration for the whole family.

Lots to do this weekend, have fun!

Mommy & Me Walk

BumpSuit is hosting a Mommy & Me walk where you and your little one can meet Bluey! Meet the group at Café at The Loren at 9:30AM.

Shakey Graves in ATX

Shakey Graves is performing Friday and Saturday evenings at Hole in the Wall and at Mohawk.He's sold out of all ticket on his website, but tickets are for sale on secondary markets.

TORA Grand Opening

This new high-tech conveyor belt sushi spot is opening this Friday in Northeast Austin in East Village. They already have locations in Toronto and Tokyo, and the idea is that you get a curated, premium-quality sushi experience at an accessible price point.

Wings Show Down at Local Pastures

Head to the Local Pastures on North Lamar this weekend to taste and vote on your favorite vendor’s wings! Every wing will meet the Local Pastures standard, so each will be locally sourced, contain real ingredients, and be 100% seed oil free. Wings will also be on sale at both their locations all weekend.

UMLAUF Family Day: Lunar New Year

UMLAUF Sculpture Garden is celebrating the Year of the Horse with a free, family-friendly afternoon of art, performances and hands-on activities. There will be storytimes at at 12PM and 1PM, and a dance performance at 2PM. There will also be all-day offerings such as calligraphy, origami, cultural crafts, sculpture searches, and community engagement booths.

Super Bowl LX

The Patriots play the Seahawks this Sunday and there are LOTS of watch parties this weekend. Hope you get to eat your weight in wings and dips! Check out the recipe section a little farther down for ideas of what to whip up if you're hosting or going to a house party.
